Under the same pressure loss, the heat transfer coefficient is 30-50% higher than the tubular heat exchanger, accounting for one third of the tubular heat exchanger area, and the heat recovery rate can reach 90%. The detachable titanium heat exchanger is composed of many pressed titanium plates sealed with gaskets according to some intervals, and overlapped with frame and compression screw. The four corner holes of plate and gasket form fluid distribution and collection pipes. At the same time, the cold and hot fluid should be separated reasonably to make it flow in the channels on both sides of each titanium plate, and heat transfer should be carried out through the titanium plate.



Design features of titanium heat exchanger
1. Energy saving: the heat transfer coefficient is 3000-4500kcal / m2 ° C / h, which is 30-50% of shell and tube heat exchanger.
2. Compact structure: the layout of the heat exchanger is compact. Compared with other types of heat exchangers, it covers a smaller area and space. The heat exchanger with the same heat exchange area is only 1 / 5 of the shell and tube heat exchanger.
3. Easy to clean and disassemble: the titanium heat exchanger is easy to disassemble and assemble by clamping the clamping plate with clamping bolts, which can be opened and cleaned at will. At the same time, due to the smooth surface of the plate, high turbulence, it is not easy to scale.
4. Long service time: it is made of titanium alloy plate, which can resist a variety of corrosive media. The rubber pad can be changed at will, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
5. Strong adaptability: this heat exchanger is an independent component, which can increase or decrease the flow freely according to the needs. It has various forms and is suitable for various requirements of different processes.
6. Do not pour liquid. The sealing groove of titanium heat exchanger is provided with a leakage channel, so that a variety of media will not collude with each other. Even if there is leakage, the media will always be discharged.
