In order to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, before the installation of the equipment, the leading group of BaoTi group equipment technology company led the mechanical design department, automation department, production and operation Department and manufacturing workshop to make solid and detailed preliminary preparations. They have held project conferences for many times to solve difficult problems in the installation process in advance, refine work tasks and assign responsibilities to people. In the process of installation and commissioning, they often conduct technical exchanges according to the problems fed back on site, assist in solving various emergencies, and effectively ensure the progress of equipment installation and commissioning. Site staff actively give up holidays and rest and devote themselves to construction and installation. After the equipment entered the commissioning stage, the whole team tried and explored repeatedly day and night to analyze the causes and solve the problems. Finally, it took 5 months to complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment and successfully produce the first titanium ingot.
